It’s hard to put into words just how instrumental Claire Moore has been in helping us to fit into our new neighborhood even though she represented the seller when we purchased our home in Pine Meadows in 2012. By including us in a neighborhood party being held in our soon-to-be new home, we were able to meet the wonderful neighbors even before moving in. It was clear to us how much they cared about Claire and Bud and what a deep friendship they had formed with all these neighbors who had started out as clients. Claire Moore helped my husband and I to buy our first home in the Pine, Colorado area. When we first laid eyes on the home and property that she showed us, we fell in love with it at first sight! We ended up deciding that the very first home we looked at was the one! Claire was always very prompt while working with us, from answering calls to getting back to us right away with e-mail. As a young, first time home buyer I appreciated all her help and her willingness to get back to me right away and answer all my questions. The buying process was pretty smooth for the most part, but there was a point when the buyers wanted to back out of the deal and Claire was able to negotiate the situation so that everybody involved was able to walk away with what they wanted. Claire has a lot of local knowledge of the area, from information about the schools and recreation, to some concerns to be aware of. She is a very honest person and working with her never felt like we were being pressured in any way. In fact, when my husband and I had a major life change and ended up moving to Fort Collins, we considered selling our beloved home in Pine and contacted Claire to work with her again. However, we had a change of heart and could not go through with selling our dream home and Claire was so understanding of our change of heart! (Actually we ended up selling the other house we bought in Fort Collins. We worked with a local agent in Fort Collins and although he was okay he wasn’t Claire! The close was a mess…kind of a nightmare and it never felt like this other agent cared about anything except getting paid.) We ended up returning to our dream home in Pine when things did not work out as planned in Fort Collins and we are so glad we did not sell! It is really our little slice of heaven. I feel like we owe a lot to Claire because she was never pushy when we decided very early on that we actually didn’t want to sell after all, and understands the importance of really loving your home. That being said, my husband and I may end up selling some day, should things change and we would want to work with Claire again. I would also recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying real estate up here. She is the best in the area!

This was a raw land/unimproved land transaction on a large parcel that had lots of unique features ( water rights, access easement, 4 different build sites, etc).
