Construction Styles

There are many ways to build a home. Conventional framing, SIPS, Log, Timber and any combination of the afore mentioned. American Craftsman is experienced in all of these styles and approaches because we have always listened to our clients needs and kept track of industry best practices over the years.

Every home built is a custom home. Because each home needs to be designed and engineered for a particular piece of land, clients are encouraged to simply gather ideas and design the home that meets their desires and needs. Our Preferred architects in Colorado actually visit the home site with the client to help them visualize goals and dreams that work with the land and not against it. Home design magazines offer lots of great ideas, but it’s difficult to find everything you want in any one plan. We encourage you to mix and match the features you love.

We believe that building your dream home means being open to all of the ideas and technologies that are brought to the table. When its time to break ground, rest assured we will all be on the same page and same path to building your vision.

In support of our own and our clients desires, we are also well versed in building energy efficient designs that utilize green building practices whenever possible.
